Winter hiking adventure on the Great Island

Come with us on a Hiking Trail Adventure in CBC area, to discover white winter on the Great Island!

The expedition has a period of 4 days (January 27^th – 30^th 2021), during which we will venture on a hike on the paths that meander through the dense forest of the Great Island, to discover fascinating wintery natural areas.

If you want to join our adventure, we invite you on a slightly atypical hike, because we are still in January, also known as Gerar in the Romanian popular language, to discover unique natural landscapes on the tourist route proposed by us, to explore the most beloved natural area of the south of Calarasi.

This adventure package offered by us, through "Green Tourism Products" project, is a flexible one and, as we like to say, is a Do it yourself type, so that you and the gang have the freedom to choose when and where you want to go hiking, having us by your side at all times as your guides, to make sure that you enjoy this hiking adventure as much as possible.

 

What do we offer?

- a rich variety of unique routes identified in the Romanian-Bulgarian cross-border region;

- mobile application with interactive map with tourist routes - GreenTourPro (see logo);

- hiking equipment;

- a series of tips & tricks to make your adventure as beautiful as possible.

All this for free!

 

Who can participate?

- the tourist package is intended for a limited number of participants. The maximum number of participants is 20, and the principle is "First come, first served".

 

OBS. The participants assume responsibility for the physical training necessary to cover the hiking trails, for several hours, as well as the equipment chosen in the context of the weather forecast from the period set for the hiking adventure.

 

Equipment:

Upon request, the following equipment will be made available to participants free of charge exclusively during the adventure:

- hiking backpacks,

- hiking poles,

- headlamps.

 

Registration point | lifting / handing over equipment:

• Green Tour Pro Tourist Center – 50B Republicii Blvd, mun. Calarasi, jud. Calarasi
• Formalities for registration (List of participation / Declaration in case of accident / Minor declaration) and collection / delivery of equipment, based on the Report of handover - receipt (if the case)
• Information on the route / access points / camping rules / tourist objectives

 

OBS. The equipment will be delivered on the day and time specified by the Organizer. The participants assume responsibility for the equipment received in the adventure, the loss / damage of any of the equipment automatically leading to the payment of its equivalent value / the purchase of one identical / with the same technical specifications as the lost / damaged one.
