Come with us on a Hiking Trail Adventure in CBC area, to discover The Great Island!
Through this event we aim to promote green tourism, by exploring, on foot, some hiking trails identified on the Great Island in the area of Calarasi, in the heart of nature, on lesser-known paths, which hide an amazing natural wealth, which has borne from year to year, in order to offer us a unique and so diverse spectacle through the deltaic flora and fauna existing along Danube River.
If you are looking for a unique personal experience in places that will inspire you and bring you closer to the true unaltered values, which don`t involve any cost, then we welcome you in a beautiful adventure on the routes proposed by us, where you will discover inviting destinations for you, the lover of unpaved paths and authentic beauty.
The expedition has a period of 4 days (September 10th – 13th 2021), during which we will venture on a hike on the paths that meander through the dense forest of the Great Island, to discover fascinating natural areas and pristine beaches with exceptional biodiversity, where some of the most spectacular species of birds live.
If you want to join us in our adventure, we invite you along with your friends, family, colleagues or even neighbors and escape from the gray city, to discover deltaic landscapes that hide unique natural habitats on the tourist routes proposed by us.
This adventure package offered by us, through "Green Tourism Products" project, is a flexible one and, as we like to say, is a Do it yourself type, so that you and the gang have the freedom to choose when and where you want to go hiking, having us by your side at all times as your guides, to make sure that you enjoy this hiking adventure as much as possible.
What do we offer?
- a rich variety of unique routes identified in the Romanian-Bulgarian cross-border region;
- mobile application with interactive map with tourist routes - GreenTourPro (see logo);
- equipment necessary for camping in the middle of nature;
- hiking equipment;
- a series of tips & tricks to make your adventure as beautiful as possible.
All this for free!
Who can participate?
- the tourist package is intended for a limited number of participants. The maximum number of participants is 20, and the principle is "First come, first served".
OBS. The participants assume responsibility for the physical training necessary to cover the hiking routes on asphalt/ rough terrain, for several hours.
Equipment:
Upon request, the following equipment will be made available to participants free of charge exclusively during the adventure:
- tents,
- sleeping bags,
- hiking backpacks,
- hiking poles,
- camping furniture - tables, folding chairs, cooking equipment and accessories,
- mini shovels,
- headlamps.
Registration point | lifting / handing over equipment:
OBS. The equipment will be delivered on the day and time specified by the Organizer. The participants assume responsibility for the equipment received in the adventure, the loss / damage of any of the equipment automatically leading to the payment of its equivalent value / the purchase of one identical / with the same technical specifications as the lost / damaged one.
